Access to and/or use of this HYROX PROGRAM portal confers the status of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Terms of Use set forth herein. These Terms shall apply regardless of any General Contracting Conditions that may be mandatory.

Data Protection

The USER must refrain from deleting, altering, evading, or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the pages of HYROX PROGRAM.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

HYROX PROGRAM is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any kind that may be caused, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having taken all necessary technological measures to prevent it.

Modifications

HYROX PROGRAM reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to its portal, and may change, remove, or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located on its portal.

Right of Exclusion

HYROX PROGRAM reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without prior notice, on its own initiative or at the request of a third party, to those users who fail to comply with these General Terms of Use.

General Provisions

HYROX PROGRAM will pursue any breach of these conditions as well as any improper use of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law. The validity of these conditions will depend on their exposure and will remain in force until they are modified by others.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The relationship between HYROX PROGRAM and the USER will be governed by the current Spanish regulations and any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.

Terms and Conditions of Sale/Subscription

The subscription payment will be made manually at the time of contracting by the user and automatically in subsequent renewals, either monthly or quarterly, depending on the chosen option. The subscription fee will not be refunded if the user chooses to cancel the membership after the last renewal date.

Right of Cancellation

The USER may exercise their right to cancel the membership at any time, exclusively from their personal area, without the need for notification by other means. Any cancellation request made through other channels (email, social networks, contact forms, etc.) will not be considered binding nor will it result in the effective cancellation of the subscription.

Once the cancellation is requested from the personal area, the USER will retain access to the portal and its contents until the expiration date of the already paid subscription period.
